Description: This is a moderate loop hike on the white and orange circle trails from the Sam Hill Road #3 entrance (corner of Rt. 146) and back to the same location. It is joint with the Guilford Land Conservation Trust. Leader Janet Ainsworth, GLCT president, has been leading this hike for many years. Contact information: janetkainsworth@gmail.com or 203-530-7826 (text preferred). The hike will begin at 11. Depending on pace and how long we stop at the overlook, it will take 1.5 to 2 hours. Due to other activities, I recommend not traveling to the trailhead via the area around the Guilford Green.
