Description: (B3C) 5.6 miles, 800 ft. cumulative elevation gain, 2.5-3 hours. Meet at Hill St. parking lot in Hamden. We will take the Red Trail past Farm Brook Reservoir to West Rock Ridge lookout and proceed north along the Regicides and Baldwin Drive trails to foot of York Mtn. Steep, short climb of York Mtn. to Quinnipiac Trail. Partial descent and return to Baldwin Drive and Regicides Trails heading south. Descent off ridge on Yellow Trail. Return to trailhead via Mountain Road and Red Trail, passing by Farm Brook Reservoir. Bring, snow boots, micro-spikes, or snow-shoes, depending on trail conditions.
