Description: A loop hike of about 6 miles with varied terrain mostly on the New England Trail. Registration requested but not required. We will hike at a steady pace with a few short stops for views. In addition to scaling Mt Pisgah and hiking along Mica ledge we will see the Selectman Stones where the towns of Durham, Guilford, and Madison meet and Triangle Rock. Most of the trails are rocky; sturdy hiking boots are needed. Bring plenty of water, snacks/lunch, bug spray, sunscreen, and a personal first aid kit. Heavy rain cancels. Expect a steady pace of 2-2.5 mph. Meet at 8:45 for a 9:00 am start. Heavy rain cancels. Starting point GPS Northern Exposure Parking Dead Hill Road Durham, CT. This brings you to the end of Dead Hill Road with a small lot on the right and a short distance further a larger parking area also on the right.
