Description: An moderate 4-mile hike over rolling terrain, past a lovely pond, to a climb with great views into Simsbury. (Orange and Blue Trails). We will cover the less travelled northern half of this popular park.

Meet at northern border of Penwood State Park: From the junction of Terry's Plain Road and Wintonbury Road in Simsbury, take Wintonbury Road east 0.4 miles to the parking area at the end. (Drive past 32 Wintonbury Road, Simsbury).
