Sept. Full Moon Walk & learn about the AMC

In September we're hosting a series of activities allowing you to learn more about the outdoor and conservation work of the Appalachian Mountain Club.

The September full Moon is called the Corn Moon. On Saturday night Sept. 6, we will meet at the L. B. Johnson Memorial just off the George Washington Parkway in Arlington. After a short introduction to AMC, we will take an easy round trip walk on paved surfaces for about 2 miles to see the full moon over the Potomac.
