Woman's Introduction to Day Hiking

Intrigued about taking a hike but not sure where to start? This outing is for you! In this 2-hour course, we are hoping to make you more comfortable with getting out on the trail. Your experienced leaders will cover topics including trip preparation, gear, clothing and picking the right trail for you, hiking safety, food and much more. We will also cover hikes in the greater DMV. Following discussion and Q&A we will take a 2-3 mike around Black Hill Regional Park. Bring your own lunch and socialize with other hikers and leaders.
