Audience: 20’s & 30’s
Description: Join other folks in their 20s/30s for a scenic afternoon hike through Quabbin Park! We’ll make our way from the observation tower down to Winsor Dam and the visitor center, taking in sweeping views across the Quabbin Reservoir along the way. Our return will follow a mix of forest roads and quieter trails, including part of the Visitor’s Center Loop and a stretch along the Swift River.
We’ll cover about 6.2 miles with 1,100 feet of elevation gain, mostly on wide, well-traveled paths. This is a great chance to explore one of the region’s most iconic landscapes with a relaxed group and a moderate pace.
After the hike, we’ll head to Tree House Brewing in Charlton to join the Worcester and Narragansett 20s/30s groups for an interchapter social from 5–8 PM. More details on that event will be shared soon!
Dogs are allowed, and must be leashed at all times; please let the leader(s) know if you intend to bring your pup!
