Description: Enjoy a 30 mile ride beginning on the Old Eastern Marsh rail trail in Salisbury. This trail connects with the Ghost rail trail, which takes us to the charming city of Amesbury. From there, the route winds through quaint rural towns in Southern New Hampshire, and returns along the Merrimack River through Newburyport. We will ride 30 miles at a moderate pace of 13-15 average with about 1300 ft elevation gain. Riders must have helmets, gear to fix flats, and have ridden this distance and pace this year! Rain will cancel. For those interested, we plan to enjoy some food and drinks after the ride at a casual restaurant on the water in Salisbury. Meet at the Old East Marsh parking lot on Friedenfels Street in Salisbury by 9:45AM. This ride is suggested for adults of any age.
