## Facilitator Notes

Cat, aka Purrriestess, is a dancer/dj whose lifelong love affair with music & dance has informed an intuitive understanding of how sound moves body. She is inspired to create dance containers and sound experiences that are healing, connective, explorative, playful, deep & transformational. She has an extensive experience crafting ecstatic dance sets, and more recently has expanded into playing shows, opening for renowned artists such as OPIOU, Soohan, Living Light, and Govinda. The sky is the limit in the arts of the infinite, and she is excited to continue on her path dj’ing meow mixes of wide varieties <3

Each day a bit more held

A bit more subtle
A little brighter & lighter
Each day, returning

The silence stopped being so loud
The noise died down
Nothing but space
All the space in the world

But the grief, it stuck around
A love with nowhere to go
Begging to be made
By breath into prayer

Every day
Love’s devotee,
Beloved longing
Here at the altar of aching adoration
A broken heart is the prerequisite
Tears are the offering
The Goddess does love the way they glisten like diamonds
Tickling the cheek
Softening the skin
She whispers, “surrender…
Break open that beautiful heart
I’ve got you”

In stillness sensing the subtle sound of sweet memories made in love
You gave me space, so I made it sacred
