The International Day of Peace is celebrated on Sept 21st of every year to honor the power of global solidarity for building a peaceful and sustainable world. The importance of this day is to cultivate a culture of peace so that world leaders can realize the importance of saving our planet Earth for all the generations to come.
To make this possible we all first have to have inner peace within ourselves–finding joy and appreciating the beauty that surrounds us.
