'222' AMC Sunday Ecstatic Dance Waves w/ DJ Mikaya

Intention: 222
In honor of this dance falling in February on 2/22, you are invited to explore the numerological meaning behind 222, which envelopes themes of: alignment, harmony, balance, trust, and stability. Musical selections will cover downtempo, organica, slow house, global bass, cinematic compositions, Intelligent Dance Music (IDM) and world music. The intro builds with a gradual hypnotic layering of rhythm, into more intense and complex structures, until the wave breaks, retracts and reforms into the soft stability of a deeply integrated stillness.

Micah Swabb (DJ Mikaya) is a facilitator at AMC and creator of dance waves with many styles and flavors within the Ecstatic Dance realm. His deejay skill has spanned over two decades covering many ecstatic dance containers, festivals, sound healing events and yoga classes.
