Leave your busy mind at the door next to the pile of expectations and judgements you may have about your dance this evening. Then approach this dance floor as the endless expanse for expression and connection that it is. You have made it, you showed up. Now join us in connecting to the art of live music and dancers breathing and moving together in the practice of Dance. Let this awareness move you into your body's language for this moment and see what it has to offer. Come and let yourself be danced.

We are expanding our sounds this week by adding Micah into our mix of musicians. He is bringing his DJ skills and adding them to the set. This collaboration is some thing I am very excited about.
