Intention: A Deeper Decent
A Deeper Decent is a dance that takes us to deep places within ourselves as we explore truth and find new depths within our being. The set moves through the 5 rhythms with a deep sense of connectedness to Source, resonating between vibrational frequencies to restore our energy to its purest state of presence. This dance is designed to awaken subtle currents that move through us to feel and exist more fully in our bodies.
