Let's dance the internal shifts within ourselves. Let's dance the shifts in consciousness that speak to the wild possibilities of our imagination. Let's dance the collective changes we are experiencing now, in this moment in time, and those we dream for Our Future.

Sara’s mix-making arises from musical exploration. She seeks to understand energy through somatic responses to sonic vibrations. Her facilitation is propelled by a desire to help build and sustain community by creating a safe, loving container for self-expression, connection and release.
