There is a dance happening within your body on a cellular level. Rhythm and sound can shape our sleep, energy, mood, and even the way we move. When the music begins your body already knows what to do.

DJ Esmæ (Megan Belling) has been moving in the world of ecstatic dance for over 13 years and sharing musical journeys as a DJ for the past 5. Her sets weave together tribal rhythm, texture, intensity, and softness in a way that invites people back into their heart and home space.
