Intention: Levity Obscuro

As the leaves fall and the earth draws her breath inward, we too are invited to soften, sink, and return to what is real. We step into the mystery—feeling our way through the dark, trusting the body to know what the mind cannot see. Let us meet the unknown with curiosity, courage, and a little mischief; perhaps the great mystery has a sense of humor too. May we feel the weight of our bodies, the pulse of the blood, the wildness beneath the skin. Tonight, we dance with all of it: the shadow and the spark, the grief and the joy, the animal and the divine. Nothing to hide, nothing to fix—just this wild, beautiful life moving through us, laughing as we find our way home.

Kristikka loves creating a sacred container that takes you on an inward journey utilizing rhythm to move us from quiet embodiment to chaos and down into stillness and integration. She feels that movement is medicine, weaving intention and a rich blend of world beats where it’s possible to be with what is and open to what wants to be seen, felt and moved.
