Public Transportation: Unfortunately since COVID there is no direct public transportation. However, there is a rather complicated arrangement that can be made. It involves taking the Metro North Hudson Line train to Tarrytown. You would then take the Hudson Link Bus #H07 to the Palisades Center Mall. You would then need to take the Transit of Rockland (TOR) bus #92 to Sparkill NY. This would leave you a 15 minute walk into Tallman Mountain State Park where we could arrange to meet you. If you choose this option, it is important that you contact the leader beforehand to make the appropriate arrangements. Make certain that you are arriving in Sparkill by 11 AM.

Ride-share with other hikers: It is encouraged that you use the comments and chat feature to procure a ride to the hike. Those seeking rides may also want to use various combinations of the public transportation options to arrange a ride.
