Van Cortlandt Park- Let's Welcome Summer (Easy)

Meet at 9 a.m.

Distance will be up to 5 miles and the hike will be at a reasonable pace. Take the Number 1 train to the last stop in the Bronx, Broadway at 242 St. Meet 9 a.m. on the nearby benches by the restrooms. We will hike on local trails within the park and on the Old Croton Aqueduct Trail. A great way to begin summer.

Driving Directions: Free parking lot by the golf course. Drive on Van Cortlandt South to Van Cortlandt Park East, continue under the overpass exactly where you would enter the Thruway. DO NOT enter the Thruway. Bear to your left and go under the overpass to the parking lot.

No attendance limit, no waitlist, just show up and sign in. If you will NOT be attending, no need to let us know. Rain cancels.
