Join us for a scenic forest walk as we explore the leaves and observe seasonal changes in Van Cortlandt Park. This outing offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the park’s natural beauty while engaging in moderate exercise.
The hike will proceed at a moderate pace. The duration is expected to range from approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. The total distance covered will depend on the group’s overall speed, with a maximum of up to 4 miles.
We anticipate beautiful weather for the hike, with only a slight chance of rain.
Participants should meet at 10:00 AM by the restrooms located on Broadway and 242nd Street, which is the last stop on the IRT Number 1 subway line.

· Guests are welcome to join.
· No pets are allowed on the hike.
· Hiking poles may be helpful for added support.
