Inwood Hill Park-Upper Manhattan
Details
Join us for a hike through Inwood Hill Park, located in Upper Manhattan. The hike will cover many of the park’s back trails and is designed to be moderately paced, spanning approximately 4 miles. Please note that the route will be hilly; hikers are encouraged to bring trekking poles for added comfort. Guests are welcome, provided they can maintain a moderate pace. The weather on Sunday is forecasted to be excellent, making it a great day for outdoor activity. Joint with Outdoors Club. Attendance limit is 25 on Meetup. Meeting Location and Time
We will meet at 9:15 AM by the restrooms at the Anne Loftus Playground, located at the corner of Dyckman Street and Broadway (Route 9). The hike will commence promptly at 9:30 AM.
Public Transportation: To reach the meeting location, you can take the "A" train to Dyckman Street station, or the IRT Number 1 train to the Dyckman Street station on the Number 1 line. After arriving using the Number 1 line, walk west along Dyckman Street to Anne Loftus Playground.
Driving: Street parking is available near the meeting spot.
