Sunday Morning Hike at Teatown Lake and Hidden Valley (Easy - Moderate)

Please join me for this morning hike at Teatown Lake Reservation. We will hike the Hidden Valley Loop which has some elevation then around Teatown Lake.
We will hike about 4 miles at an easy pace (2.0 mph) over generally well-maintained trails with high points and passing a few ponds. The trails will vary from flat to slightly steep with a total elevation gain of less than 300 feet. This hike is beginner friendly. The hike is appropriate for all who are comfortable with some elevation. Early out is available after the first 2miles but that's the moderate part of the hike. The rest of the hike is easy.
Please wear suitable footwear.
Recommend bring water, and insect repellant.
Teatown Lake Reservation is dog-friendly. Please contact me directly if you would like to bring your furry friend. We can only allow 1-2 well behaved dogs on this hike.
There is a parking fee ($7). Pay at the machine.
No public transportation (sorry)
