Description
Meet at trailhead for the Bold/Timp -blue trail marker. Drive 7 miles south from Bear Mt. traffic circle on R9W going south. Large parking lot on the right (west) side of 9W.

The location should allow for beautiful views on the Hudson River. The hike has a short cut that leaves out climbing the Timp. Some of you know that this is my most hiked outing in Harriman. Without Timp we make about 7.2 miles and 1500 ft elevation.

Lunch will be at Bald Mt. with view of Bear Mt. and the bridge. Joint with AMC. No Public Transportation.
