Enjoy a nice day in Owl's Head and other parks, a botanical gardens, and along the waterfront in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Bay Ridge, with its mansions and other nice homes.
This hike is joint with Outdoors Club Inc., and you need to be on only one Club’s going list. We will walk at a steady, moderate but not slow pace over a distance of around 5 miles, stopping at places of interest. There will be no lunch stop, so bring some snacks along if you wish. (This hike is intended for adults 18 years and older and please no dogs).
Precipitation or even questionable forecast may cancel, postpone or modify; check website for latest updates. We meet at 1:00 PM in front of Bay Ridge Cafe at 68-02 4th Avenue in Brooklyn. Take the R train to Bay Ridge Avenue and leave at the 68th Street exit. Our trip ends at the last stop on the R line.
