Let's appreciate the cooler evening temperatures and enjoy a walk along the East River after work! Our brisk walk combines healthy movement and connecting with local parks. Our route will cover hidden gems in classic Midtown East neighborhoods such as Sutton Place Park and Detmold Park at Beekman Place, plus a newly refurbished section of the East River Greenway .. all with fabulous views of the East River waterfront!.

The pace will be a brisk 2.5-3.0 miles per hour, or about 20-minutes mile. Terrain is on flat pavement with some elevation on walkway ramps and one steep stairwell. We'll be on the move for about 1.5 hours. Target distance is 4.5 miles. You are welcome to break off when you wish; just let the leaders know.
