Summer Streets Morning Walk: Union Square to Central Park North

Don’t miss this special opportunity to experience NYC Summer Streets! With streets closed to traffic, we’ll enjoy walking right down the middle of Manhattan—free from cars, traffic noise, and the usual hustle.

Stand tall, breathe deeply, and experience the city from a whole new perspective. Walking is not only great for your body, but also for your mind, and a peaceful morning walk is the perfect way to start the day.

We’ll begin at Union Square and make our way north to Central Park, with three hours for this urban walk. We will travel approximately 6 miles. Enjoy the unique atmosphere that only Summer Streets can offer.

Come join us for a refreshing morning walk and experience New York City in a way you rarely can!

The trip guides will discuss AMC, membership, upcoming events & opportunities, etc. as well as landmarks, NYC history, nature information and Leave No Trace concepts. The route may be modified at the guide's discretion should it be necessary.

Please be prepared to be outside in the Earth's elements for three hours and dress according for the activity and anticipated weather.
