Come enjoy the fall foliage as we ride 29 miles along this gentle crushed-stone rail trail from the hamlet of Gardiner through New Paltz and Rosendale to the Binnewater Lime Kilns. Highlights include the Rosendale Trestle, 19th century mines, orchards, organic farms, sweeping views of the Shawangunk Ridge and the Wallkill River.

We will maintain a pace of 10 mph with several short breaks, plus lunch at The Big Cheese in the village of Rosendale around noon. Restrooms are available on the trail. There will be an ice cream break in New Paltz on the way back.
