What we’re about

We founded American Butchers to support farming and ranching families. We support them by founding American Butchers and building one of the smallest USDA Meat Processing Facilities in the US, next year we celebrate 10 years. From there, we expanded into Meat Country- Dallas Texas and planted roots inside the Market at the Dallas Farmers Market. We are open 7 days a week and we are passionate about provided the highest quality meats, that are hand-crafted, smoked and cured on site. We welcome anyone who loves the taste of a good flamed grill steak, a slow cooked melt in your mouth roast, or an amazing burger, brats or beer, We host cooking, sausage making and various fun after work events for groups, couples and families. With COVID-19 we ask that you just write us and express your interest and we together we'll come up with a great event. We also feature Beyond the Butchers, were we prepare all our meats, that we possibly cant put all the options on the menu.
