Stay in the US through Investment Program

This particular program focuses on the opportunity for foreigners, including international students, to learn about how to obtain a green card in the US through a federal program called EB5 immigrant investment program.

The current EB5 program requires the applicant to invest $500,000 into a project in the US and create 10 jobs. This is the easiest program to obtain a green card without having any other conditions required of the applicant/investor. The $500,000 investment will be returned to the investor after 5 years upon which time he/she should obtain a permanent green card. Needless to say, this program is only for those who have the financial capacity.

Due to the popularity of the program, the quota of 10,000 applications has been filled quickly each year over the last 5-10 years. The US Congress has been contemplating a change in the program after September 30, 2017. The proposed investment amount may be increased to as high as $1.35 million. There may also be other changes to the Targeted Employment Area, which determines the amount of investment required based on the location of the projects, among other things. We are offering a timely workshop to provide details to those who want to apply for this program before the policy changes at the end of September.

This workshop focuses on the legal aspect and the importance of how to choose a project to ensure the success of the application and the return of your investment amount. Seats are very limited.
