Palm Sunday - Worship in English with Holy Communion
Details
Join us for Palm Sunday Worship with Holy Communion, centered on Matthew 21:1–11—the day the city shouts “Hosanna!” and welcomes Jesus with palms, even as the road beneath the celebration bends toward the cross. Palm Sunday holds a holy collision: joy and sorrow, hope and heartbreak, the promises we cling to and the dreams that don’t survive reality.
That’s not just the story back then—it’s the texture of our own lives. We know what it is to cheer for what we think will save us, to place our hopes in the wrong hands, to watch certainty crumble, to feel grief arrive right in the middle of celebration. In church, we name this—not to darken the day, but to tell the truth in God’s presence. Because the Gospel is not afraid of our mixed-up hearts, and Christ meets us precisely where life is complicated.
We’ll worship with a traditional liturgy and celebrate Holy Communion, followed by warm fellowship after the service. All are welcome. We mean it: ALL.
