What we’re about
Do you believe that people may believe as they wish, but that they should not impose their religious beliefs on others and that the government's role is to protect the rights of all to believe as they wish while remaining religiously neutral? That government should stay out of Church and Church should stay out of Government? Come to an event and check us out. More information on our Web page, https://www.stlau.org

- Documentary Video and Discussion "Deciding Vote"St. Louis County Library–Mid-County Branch, St. Louis, MO
New York state was one of the first to legalize abortion before Roe vs Wade, and consequently became a sanctuary for women from all over the US. Passage of the key legislation depended on the vote of a conflicted legislator, George Michaels. This documentary explores his moral dilemma. Our video, from the New Yorker Web site, is only about twenty minutes long, so we will have plenty of time for discussion, including how our suit (with the National Women's Law Center) against Missouri fits with the current initiative petitions.
