Come join the Circle for the First Tuesday Shamanic Journeying group! We will gather for a guided meditation and chakra balancing, followed by group drumming, rattling and movement. Then I will lead you in a shamanic drum journey with a particular theme. We then have an opportunity to share our journeys with the group.

September 2 Journey - "Dolphin Dreamtime"

First Tuesday JourneyCircle is Back! After a hiatus last year, I'm happy to be offering Drum Journeys once again.

This month we will journey with Dolphin, who is thought to be the keeper of the sacred breath of life, which helps us release emotions and connect with life force energy. Dolphin helps us to connect with other realities through the Dreamtime, and access higher consciousness. Dolphin can show us how to enter into the waters of life and then with breath and sound call forth what you most need or desire. We call on Dolphin at this time for personal and collective healing.

What to Bring: Bring drums or rattles if you have them, bandana or scarf to cover your eyes, mat or blanket if you want to lie down (floor is carpeted), water bottle, journal.
