Topic and Abstract:
Being a red team leader involves orchestrating realistic cyberattack simulations to assess and improve an organization's security posture. This presentation will explore the mindset, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by adversaries, drawing from real-world scenarios (redacted of course ;) ). We'll dive into common tools leveraged in offensive operations. Digital initial access, lateral movement and exfiltration or physical access and bypass. Attendees will gain insights into the challenges of leading red team engagements and how they contribute to building more resilient defenses.
