Write for Rights: Drinks and Letterwriting

Details
Come help us champion human rights by attending one of our letter writing evenings! We write some letters, discuss human rights, and meet new people over a couple of beers.
This is a free and open evening. Come by just to say hello, or get more involved by writing a letter. We provide writing materials (pen and paper), envelopes and human rights cases from Amnesty International's Urgent Action Network.
We book a table at the venue and print resources for attendees, so PLEASE KEEP YOUR RSVP UP TO DATE and let us know (with some notice) if you can't make it! Thank you!
From the very beginning of Amnesty International in 1961, people have written letters on behalf of victims of human rights abuses. Today, hundreds of thousands of ordinary people throughout the world challenge cruelty and injustice by taking a few minutes to write a letter. So, join us for a seriously chilled out evening of letter writing here in Amsterdam!
Why do it? To catch up on human rights issues over some food and beers. To take a stance and write a letter against human rights violations around the world, or have your say and write a letter expressing how you feel.
