There can be no doubt that now, as always, we are living in tumultuous times. Humans have always sought peace, but the tumult from which we are always trying to escape was not thrust upon us; we have often created it for ourselves! In this presentation, the author states that we are dual beings -both physical and spiritual and he reveals the Rosicrucian technique for seeking a balanced existence by developing an inner life of tranquility.
