Mike Lawrence is a full-time real estate operator, best-selling author, entrepreneur, and educator with a proven track-record of leading and scaling companies across telecom, solar, and real estate. 

As the Founder and CEO of Amplified Investment Partners, Mike brings a business-first approach to real estate investing, focused on operator excellence, disciplined underwriting, and strategic value creation. 

Mike graduated with a music degree from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and started his career as a professional musician and educator. Struggling to pay his bills, Mike realized that his career path was not aligned with the vision he had for his life. 

He decided to transition into sales and marketing and within a few years, Mike and his wife and business partner Liana, launched a marketing company. Amp Marketing was a huge success growing to 31 locations across 11 states with over 300 employees in just 8 years, generating over 500 million in sales for several Fortune 500 clients. 

The Covid pandemic forced the marketing company to come to a halt, and they had to shut down all the offices and let everyone go. Rather than rebuilding the company, Mike and Liana decided the best move was to focus all their energy and efforts to real estate investing. 

This led to the launch of Amplified Investment Partners (AIP) in 2021. In just a few short years, AIP has acquired over 90M in real estate assets and generated millions in profit for the company and it's investors. 

After nearly 5 years of full-time real estate investing and completing a Commercial Real Estate Investing & Analysis Certification from Wharton, Mike decided to get back to his roots and passion for teaching. 

In 2025, Mike and Liana launched Amplify REI, an education company built around a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about personal growth, learning how to invest in commercial real estate, and building financial freedom and legacy for future generations. 

Amplify REI is led by Mike, Liana, and a team of experienced commercial and residential real estate operators and advisors that have executed over 3 billion dollars in real estate transactions across a variety of asset classes, markets, and strategies over the past 20+ years. 

When he is not sourcing deals or teaching aspiring investors, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing music, and traveling, especially getting away from Texas during the summer heat! 

His personal mission is to empower others to grow in all areas of life, live with passion and purpose, and to Amplify LOVE, LIGHT, and LEGACY.
