Amplio Living Ecosystem Initiative Session - #2

This is the second session of the Amplio Living Ecosystem Initiative.

It will review the concepts on coaching presented prior to the first session. These include:
1. The theory underneath Incremental, Actionable Learning
2. The difference between experts and those with less competence
3. Understanding Automatic Interpretive Reframing
4. The trap of not thinking and talking about something you aren't seeing.
5. The core of effective coaching.

This will present several axioms on how people learn and how to be an effective coach.

After going through this, we'll discuss how and why to have explicit workflows.
