About the session: "Pathway to Purpose"
The pandemic challenges of the past year have probably been one of the greatest existential crisis for many individuals, leaders, business and society impacting the physical, mental and economic dimensions of every stakeholder. Regardless of one’s core competencies and past success, never before has the role of Purpose become so important in weathering the challenges coming from all fronts and in a very interconnected way.

In this session, Andrew will explore his personal "Pathway to Purpose" as an individual and leader but in a corporate setting, and how Purpose can be connected at every level - be it personal, as a leader, at the corporate and societal level and approached in a way that is mutually reinforcing, meaningful and impactful.
