For this workshop, we are looking for volunteers. Your current skills will be analyzed using Everday, followed by personalized advice from Aaron, an experienced coach.

The coaching includes a 20-minute preparation call with the following goals

• Clarify context before action
• Identify hidden constraints
• Surface misalignment or narrative distortion
• Isolate the few leverage points that materially change outcomes
