What we’re about

This group is aimed for people who wants to discover running by rediscovering the city in a different way. This is called 5K club as the runs will be limited to 5kms routes which is for a lot of a people a more manageable goal, and if you're more experienced you can use it as a training ground, run it faster and improve. We will organize, canal runs, park runs, city night runs, or theme runs, like Plogging (cleaning the city and picking up trash while running:)), orange day runs, etc...all through diffent neigbourhoods.
Any new ideas are welcome!
Even though I was used to run longer distances in competitions, I'm now a casual runner, and I'm more interested to see people keeping it up over time and having running as a way of life and stay healthy in the long run. That's the idea of the 5K club.
