Always wanted to run but don’t know where to start? This group is for absolute beginners who want to train safely, have fun, and run their first 5 km — together!
We’ll meet in the beautiful Amsterdamse Bos, where you’ll enjoy the awesome nature, friendly company, and structured guidance.
I’m a passionate runner with over 20 years of experience — I’ve completed 1 marathon, a lot of half marathons, and trail runs — and I’m also a certified indoor cycling instructor (Spinning & ICG) & have taught classes for multiple years.
My goal is to help you discover the joy of running, no matter your starting point.
Each session will focus on:

💪 Improving strength and confidence
😊 Enjoying the journey — not just the finish line
