Join guest teacher Yujing Liu, guest lecturer at the Academy of Theatre and Dance Amsterdam and researcher in contemporary dance and traditional Chinese medicine, and Zippo Guo, physical theatre artist from the Academy of Theatre and Dance Amsterdam , in an inspiring and beginner-friendly exploration of relaxation, body awareness, and creative movement.

With Yu Jing:
Explore her unique research focus on "freeing the body". Through gentle exercises, she helps you tune into your body, release tension, and find natural flow.
With Zippo:
Playful theatre games and movement exercises designed to awaken spontaneity and presence. Connect with others while exploring creativity in a safe, pressure-free environment.
