🎭 Special Edition: Body-Mind Theatre Workshop – “Unlabelling”

Do you ever feel stuck in labels—“the phd,” “the daughter,” “the junior,” “the shy one,” “the funny one”? This workshop invites you to step outside of those roles and rediscover yourself through movement, theatre, and play.

Together with Zippo Guo (physical theatre and movement artist graduated from the Academy of Theatre and Dance Amsterdam), and our guest teacher Tina Pan (professional psychologist), we’ll create a safe and playful space to unlabel, unlearn, and unlock new ways of being.

With Zippo
Theatre games and creative exercises that invite you to play without labels. Discover spontaneity, presence, and connection—without needing to “perform” or “be someone.”
With Tina
Gentle yet powerful explorations that help you strip away tension and social masks. Learn how to sense your body beyond the roles you usually carry.
