Get ready for our second DevEx & Platform Engineering meetup in Amsterdam!

Do you care about developer experience? Would you be able to tell me what to measure? Are your developers happy? This time, we will discuss effective tactics for measuring and improving your developer experience.

Join us to hear from Jeen Beckers and Joris Molenaar (Navara), Wessel Donkervoort (Alliander), and Sven Peters (Atlassian) on how to design and run developer surveys and how you make your team more autonomous and happy. Network with fellow engineers over some snacks and drinks!

Jeen Beckers - Navara (Director)

At NAVARA, Jeen is responsible for Platform Engineering and technology partnerships such as GetDX and Github. In the last 18 months, he has witnessed the implementation of DX. Before that, he was responsible for multiple engineering teams in diverse settings. Together with Joris, he takes you on the Developer Experience journey on behalf of Navara.

As a Scrum Master at Alliander, I coach two teams within the Operational Technology department, guiding them towards greater agility and performance. Additionally, I contribute to the overall maturity of our Agile Release Train and company-wide initiatives, including the rollout of a scaled Agile solution in Jira and conducting high-performing team assessments.
