Create actionable insights with an enriched customer journey

Details

Recognize that feeling of wishing you could get more out of your customer research? When you’ve conducted many insightful customer interviews - maybe even generated a report with insights or documented it in your research repository - and then it just ends up on the shelf. If you’re lucky, your insights might be used for a future project, but that’s certainly not guaranteed.

Over the last year we’ve asked ourselves: how can we generate something actionable from all of those interviews, so that research can actually create long term value for the product?

What’s worked for us is creating enriched customer journeys. Where you, together with your customers, identify their key job around a certain topic and then map their journey and needs for that job. And we want to share our insights on this topic with you!

In this meetup we’ll build on the knowledge shared in our previous meetups around jobs to be done and switch interviews (but we also promise a quick recap in case you missed our last two meetups!). We’ll share our method for enriching customer journey maps, what makes customer journey maps different from your average customer journey, give you exercises to try it yourself, and provide some real world examples - ensuring that your interview results will never be collecting dust on a shelf again!
