Taught by Trista Mrema. No experience? No problem. This playful, welcoming course is designed for absolute beginners—no background in acting, comedy, or performance required. In fact, trying to be funny often backfires in improv. The real laughs come from being present, playful, and open to surprise. In Improv Basics 1, you’ll reconnect with something you already know deep down: how to play. You’ll swap the overthinking mind for a responsive, present one—learning to listen, adapt, and create in the moment. Improv isn’t about being perfect; it’s about being present, being bold, and having each other’s backs.
