Are you up for an afternoon full of dance and movement, self-discovery and connection? Then come to our Contact Beyond Contact workshop.

What is Contact Beyond Contact?
Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is a dance and healing practice that focuses on the connection with ourselves and others. CBC is a tool in which we connect with our body, mind and heart through dance and movement. We practice with clear intentions, leading and following, inner boundaries and feeling your “yes” and “no”, which creates an authentic connection with yourself and others.

Do you want to deepen your personal development through dance and movement? Do you want to feel more free in the dance with yourself and others? Experience a way of communicating that goes beyond words? A deeper connection with yourself and others through dance and expression?

Facilitators
The workshop is guided by Zeynep and Sanne.

Zeynep is a psychologist and CBC Level 2 facilitator with a deep passion for dance and its power to unlock authentic expression, deeper connection, and true intimacy with one’s inner world. Her own journey of exploring inner landscapes through somatics and movement—including contact improvisation, authentic movement, and somatic therapies—has been transformative. Now, she feels a powerful calling to create heart-centered spaces where others can experience the joy, connection, and healing that dance brings.

Dance has always been important to Sanne. For a number of years she has deepened her dance through the discovery of ecstatic dance. Dance is a way for her to express her inner world, to discover herself and to connect with others. She has experience with tantric dance and is CBC Facilitator Level 2 and Integrative Somatic Arts teacher.

Together they create a safe space to discover, play, have fun and connect. Everyone is welcome for this workshop, experience with dance or CBC is not necessary.

Location: In the home studio of Zeynep’s, address: Sloterweg 998. Free parking.
Date: Sunday 3 August - 11:00-13:30h (welcome from 10:45h)
What to bring: comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, a water bottle, possibly some snacks.
