Join us for an intimate, 2-hour journey dedicated to slowing down, listening inward, and reconnecting with the wisdom of your body.

By combining the quiet art of Tea Ceremony with the self-regulating practice of the Non-Linear Movement Method® (NLMM), this evening offers a space to arrive more fully in yourself, unwind held tension, and gently release what is ready to move.

Through stillness, tea, movement, and embodied awareness, we create the conditions for greater presence, regulation, and ease.

Your Guides
Zeynep
Body-Oriented Psychologist & Movement Guide
Zeynep draws from her background in psychology, somatic therapy, dance, contact improvisation, and embodiment-based approaches to healing and self-discovery.
As a body-oriented psychologist and certified Non-Linear Movement Method® facilitator, she creates a safe, intuitive, and welcoming space where participants can deepen their connection with themselves, explore embodied awareness, and release patterns of tension held within the body and nervous system.

Daniel
Tea Guide
Daniel will be holding the space for our tea ritual, serving bowls of tea inspired by the global Tea Hut lineage and the Japanese Way of Tea.
Through the simple act of sharing tea together, he invites participants into a slower rhythm of being—one that supports presence, receptivity, and deeper listening.

The Journey

  1. Opening Circle & Tea Ceremony
We begin by arriving together in a space of quiet presence.
Daniel will serve several rounds of carefully selected tea, offering an opportunity to slow down, settle into the body, and transition away from the momentum of daily life.
The tea ceremony becomes a practice of attention—an invitation to listen, feel, and simply be.

  2. The Non-Linear Movement Method® (NLMM)
From this place of presence, we transition to our mats for the movement practice.
NLMM® is a self-regulating embodiment modality practiced entirely on a mat or blanket. Following a "no force, no imposition" approach, participants are invited into continuous, self-guided movement that supports the natural release of physical tension, emotional holding patterns, and repetitive mental loops.
Rather than striving for a particular experience, the practice invites curiosity toward what is already present. As movement unfolds, participants often experience greater grounding, emotional fluidity, bodily awareness, and nervous system regulation.
No prior movement experience is needed.

  3. Integration & Closing
We will close the evening with space for quiet integration, allowing the experience to settle before returning home.

Who Is This For?
This workshop is open to anyone interested in embodiment, self-exploration, nervous system regulation, and deepening their connection with themselves.
Whether you are completely new to somatic practices or already familiar with movement-based approaches, you are welcome exactly as you are.
The evening is designed to be accessible, gentle, and participant-led. You are always encouraged to move, rest, or engage at the pace that feels right for you.
