Join us for a hands-on culinary experience celebrating Kozhakattai/ modak — delicate South Indian dumplings traditionally made during festivals like Ganesh Chathurti. Guided by Tasty Talks host Madras Infusion(Shriya), you’ll learn to shape, fill, and enjoy these bite-sized delights in a fun, relaxed setting.
What You’ll Make & Taste:

• Savoury Urad Dal Kozhakattai/ dumplings (lentil filling)
• Sweet Coconut & Jaggery Kozhakattai / dumplings
• Fusion Kozhakattai/ dumplings (surprise flavour!)

• Hands-on dumpling making (all batters & fillings prepared for easy learning – but there will be still a chance to learn to make the filling and batter in small quantities
