Join us for a hands-on culinary experience celebrating *Kozhakattai/ modak* — delicate South Indian dumplings traditionally made during festivals like Ganesh Chathurti. Guided by Tasty Talks host **Madras Infusion(Shriya)**, you’ll learn to shape, fill, and enjoy these bite-sized delights in a fun, relaxed setting.
**What You’ll Make & Taste:**

* **Savoury Urad Dal Kozhakattai/ dumplings** (lentil filling)
* **Sweet Coconut & Jaggery Kozhakattai** / dumplings
* **Fusion Kozhakattai/ dumplings** (surprise flavour!)

* Hands-on dumpling making (all batters & fillings prepared for easy learning – but there will be still a chance to learn to make the filling and batter in small quantities
