Cooking workshop “We go Portuguese”

What we gonna cook:
• Bacalhau à Brás - a favorite of old Portugal recipe mixes salt cod, potatoes, and eggs into a creamy dish topped with olives and parsley. It's a favorite of old Portugal
• Salada de Polvo - fresh, tender octopus served in a light and flavorful salad.
• Arroz de Polvo - meet the tradition, famous Portuguese octopus rice, rich in flavor and tradition.
Vinho Verde & Vinhos de Portugal - a selection of fine Portuguese wines to perfectly complement the meal.
